Niguna is a long term project of documenting music jam sessions and artists at remote locations across Israel by way of recording, an interview and still imagery.
The project seeks to touch upon music's role in day to day life rather then a commercial medium. The project is inspired by the music documentation efforts done the likes of Alan Lomax.
Currently in progress, taking a portable multichannel studio to where the music is and recording several tracks per artist. It is expected that this phase will last up to a year.
Following that, the project will be presented as a book with an accompanying CD.
Israeli artists are welcomed to read the "Call For Artists" below and contact Niguna for a session.
